Le département RSC Appels d’Offres et Développement de Projets recherche un(e) Responsable de la Stratégie de Formation dynamique et stratégique pour concevoir, harmoniser et déployer des cadres de formation complets à destination des équipes clés du développement de projets et de certains rôles spécifiques tels que Responsable Développement, Responsable de Sous-Système ou Planificateur.

Ce poste vise à garantir l’alignement des programmes de formation, identifier les compétences communes essentielles et promouvoir une culture d’apprentissage continu et d’excellence.

Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) sera également chargé(e) d’organiser la logistique des formations, de coacher les formateurs et d’assurer une communication efficace entre les parties prenantes.

Responsabilités principales :

  • 1.

    Stratégie & Conception
  • Identifier, concevoir et mettre en œuvre une variété de supports et méthodes de formation (ateliers en présentiel, modules e-learning, simulations via des jeux sérieux, apprentissage mixte, coaching sur le terrain) adaptés aux profils d’apprenants et aux contextes opérationnels.

  • Définir une stratégie de formation unifiée pour les rôles de leadership technique (ex.

    : Responsable de Sous-Système, Responsable Développement).

  • Identifier et développer des thèmes et compétences transversales aux différents métiers.

  • Collaborer avec les experts métier pour garantir la pertinence des contenus et leur alignement avec les objectifs de l’organisation.

    Développement & Déploiement des Programmes
  • Superviser et contribuer au développement et à la mise en œuvre des modules de formation, en assurant leur cohérence et leur qualité.

  • Coordonner les initiatives de formation parallèles pour éviter les doublons et favoriser les synergies.

  • Mettre en place des boucles de retour d’expérience pour améliorer continuellement l’efficacité des formations.

    Organisation & Coordination
  • Planifier et gérer les calendriers, ressources et logistique des formations.

  • Garantir la livraison des sessions de formation dans les délais, à travers les départements et les zones géographiques.

  • Assurer le suivi et la documentation de la participation et des résultats des formations.

    Communication & Accompagnement du Changement
  • Être le point de contact central pour toutes les communications liées à la formation.

  • Promouvoir la sensibilisation et l’engagement via les canaux de communication internes.

  • Accompagner les efforts de conduite du changement liés à l’adoption des formations et à leur intégration culturelle.

    Coaching & Accompagnement des Formateurs
  • Coacher et accompagner les formateurs internes pour améliorer la qualité et l’impact des formations.

  • Animer des sessions de formation de formateurs et assurer un soutien continu.

  • Créer une communauté de pratique entre formateurs pour favoriser le partage de connaissances et la collaboration.
  • Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme Bac+3/Bac+5 en ingénierie, éducation, développement organisationnel ou domaine connexe.

  • Expérience avérée en stratégie de formation, conception pédagogique ou développement du leadership technique.

  • Bonne compréhension des rôles techniques et des compétences dans un environnement de développement produit.

  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, relationnelles et en communication.

  • Expérience en coaching, animation et gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Compétences souhaitées :

  • Maîtrise des systèmes de gestion de l’apprentissage (LMS) et des outils numériques de formation.

  • Certification en coaching, conception pédagogique ou gestion de projet (ex.

    : ICF, ATD, PMP).

    Role Overview:


    RSC Tenders and Projects Development is seeking a dynamic and strategic Training Strategy Lead to design, harmonize, and deploy comprehensive training frameworks for key Project Development teams and specific roles such as Chief of Development, Sub-System Managers or Planners.

    This role will ensure alignment across training programs, identify common core competencies, and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

    The ideal candidate will also be responsible for organizing logistics training, coaching trainers, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Design
  • - Identify, design, and implement a variety of training materials and delivery methods—such as in-person workshops, e-learning modules, simulation through serious games, blended learning and on-the-job coaching—to best suit the needs of different learner profiles and operational contexts.


    - Define a unified training strategy for technical leadership roles ( Sub-System Manager, Chief of Development).


    - Identify and develop common core themes and competencies across different roles/métiers.


    - Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content relevance and alignment with organizational goals.

    Program Development & Deployment


    - Oversee and contribute to the development and deployment of training modules, ensuring consistency and quality.


    - Coordinate parallel training initiatives to avoid duplication and promote synergy.


    - Implement feedback loops to continuously improve training effectiveness.

    Organization & Coordination


    - Plan and manage training calendars, resources, and logistics.


    - Ensure timely delivery of training sessions across departments and geographies.


    - Maintain documentation and tracking of training participation and outcomes.


    4.

    Communication & Change Management


    - Act as the central point of contact for all training-related communications.


    - Promote awareness and engagement through internal communication channels.


    - Support change management efforts related to training adoption and cultural integration.


    5.

    Coaching & Trainer Enablement


    - Coach and mentor internal trainers to enhance delivery quality and engagement.


    - Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and provide ongoing support.


    - Establish a community of practice among trainers for knowledge sharing and collaboration.


    Qualifications:


    - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.


    - Proven experience in training strategy, instructional design, or engineering leadership development.


    - Strong understanding of technical roles and competencies in product development environment.


    - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.


    - Experience in coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management.


    Preferred Skills:


    - Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.


    - Certification in coaching, instructional design, or project management (, ICF, ATD, PMP).


    - Multilingual capabilities and experience in international environments.
