Role Overview:
RSC Tenders and Projects Development is seeking a dynamic and strategic Training Strategy Lead to design, harmonize, and deploy comprehensive training frameworks for key Project Development teams and specific roles such as Chief of Development, Sub-System Managers or Planners.
This role will ensure alignment across training programs, identify common core competencies, and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for organizing logistics training, coaching trainers, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, design, and implement a variety of training materials and delivery methods—such as in-person workshops, e-learning modules, simulation through serious games, blended learning and on-the-job coaching—to best suit the needs of different learner profiles and operational contexts.
- Define a unified training strategy for technical leadership roles ( Sub-System Manager, Chief of Development).
- Identify and develop common core themes and competencies across different roles/métiers.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content relevance and alignment with organizational goals.

Program Development & Deployment
- Oversee and contribute to the development and deployment of training modules, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Coordinate parallel training initiatives to avoid duplication and promote synergy.
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve training effectiveness.

Organization & Coordination
- Plan and manage training calendars, resources, and logistics.
- Ensure timely delivery of training sessions across departments and geographies.
- Maintain documentation and tracking of training participation and outcomes.

Communication & Change Management
- Act as the central point of contact for all training-related communications.
- Promote awareness and engagement through internal communication channels.
- Support change management efforts related to training adoption and cultural integration.
5.
Coaching & Trainer Enablement
- Coach and mentor internal trainers to enhance delivery quality and engagement.
- Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and provide ongoing support.
- Establish a community of practice among trainers for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Proven experience in training strategy, instructional design, or engineering leadership development.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and competencies in product development environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
- Certification in coaching, instructional design, or project management (, ICF, ATD, PMP).
- Multilingual capabilities and experience in international environments.
