In this exciting role, you will grow and retain H.B. Fuller's market share and customer base in our BTRS & RV market segment, while achieving profit sales targets. You will communicate and influence at all levels, be technically competent and independently manage customer demonstrations and technical problem-solving.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage international customers, direct and trade partners in the segmentDrive sales strategy, goal adherence, and margin maintenanceDevelop pricing strategies and negotiate contractsExpand market share and onboard new customers and dealersMaintain sales with distributors, handling complaints and paymentsCollaborate with internal departments for issue resolutionIdentify new customers and negotiate price increasesProvide technical consulting and support for customer projectsIntroduce new products/applications via technical support and trialsCreate presentations and conduct training sessionsAnalyze market trends, identify innovations, and act as the Voice of the CustomerAssist in brochure and documentation creation with MarketingCoordinate projects between customers and specialized departmentsParticipate in trade shows, establish networks, and identify cross-selling opportunitiesCollaborate with machinery manufacturers, universities, and colleges for innovative projectsMinimum Requirements:
Technical or Business Administration degreeExperienced in complex product sales, challenging negotiationsKnowledge in BTRS & RV industryStrong technical understanding and resilienceIndependent, goal-oriented, and team playerWillingness to travel within France and occasionally in EuropeProficient in MS Office, SAP, CRMMin.
