Description du poste

En tant que Business Manager Sénior, vous serez un acteur clé de notre croissance.

Vous assurerez le développement commercial de l’offre Salesforce, en travaillant à la fois sur la conquête de nouveaux clients et le développement des comptes existants.

Vous serez en lien direct avec la direction générale, les associés métiers du groupe Magellan Partners et les équipes delivery pour construire des stratégies commerciales efficaces et durables.

Vos missions :

Développement commercial

  • Identifier et qualifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales

  • Élaborer des plans de comptes et mener des actions de prospection ciblées

  • Développer votre portefeuille client en lien avec les équipes du groupe

  • Travailler en synergie avec l’éditeur Salesforce pour générer des leads et co-construire des propositions

Pilotage des cycles de vente

  • Répondre aux appels d’offres et coordonner la rédaction des propositions commerciales

  • Préparer et conduire les soutenances commerciales avec les équipes projets

  • Piloter les négociations contractuelles et assurer la bonne conclusion des affaires

Développement des comptes existants

  • Suivre la relation client dans la durée et détecter de nouveaux besoins

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes projet pour assurer la satisfaction client

  • Participer à la stratégie de développement des comptes en lien avec les associés du groupe

 


Qualifications

Profil recherché : 

  • Bac+5 (école de commerce, école d’ingénieur ou université)

  • 5 à 10 ans d’expérience commerciale dans le secteur du conseil ou des services IT

  • Une expérience dans l’univers Salesforce ou dans la vente de solutions CRM est fortement appréciée

  • Excellente capacité d’analyse et de synthèse dans des environnements complexes

  • Capacité à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs variés (DSI, directions métiers, achats…)

  • Esprit de conquête, autonomie et forte orientation résultats

  • Maîtrise des cycles de vente complexes (cycle long, vente de prestations intellectuelles)

  • Niveau d’anglais professionnel requis
