Training and Quality Coordinator F/H Job Opening In Aix-en-Provence – Now Hiring Voyage Privé

Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Quality & Training du service des Operations, vous serez en charge de la formation, du suivi de la montée en compétence et de la gestion de contenu à disposition de nos agents.

Vous travaillerez en lien étroit avec nos prestataires de call-centers externes et avec les chargés de relation client internes.

RESPONSABILITES ET MISSION

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

Formation/contenu

  • Revoir les programmes de formation initiale des agents et des collaborateurs internes au service de le relation client : revisiter les supports de formation, les mettre à jour régulièrement
  • Définir les programmes de formation continue des agents
  • Établir les dispositifs de validation des acquis (quizz, écoutes régulières, relectures d’emails…)
  • Veiller à la montée en compétences des agents externalisés
  • Suivre la bonne application des procédures / discours par les agents
  • Dispenser les formations internes et externes occasionnellement

Suivi de la qualité de service

  • Alimenter la base de connaissance des agents
  • Analyser les retours d’enquêtes de satisfaction de nos clients, mettre en place des actions correctives si besoin
  • Suivre et analyser les KPIs en lien avec la qualité de service : NPS, délais de réponse, durée moyenne de traitement, statistiques d’utilisation de nos outils internes, etc.
  • Faire vivre la qualité au sein des équipes internes et externes

Veille et projets

  • Améliorer en continu les processus métiers pour gagner en qualité, et en efficacité/productivité
  • Assurer une veille régulière du secteur du tourisme et des bonnes pratiques dans la relation client

Déplacements réguliers à prévoir sur nos call-centers externalisés (à l’étranger).


Qualifications

  • De formation Bac +2 à Bac +5, vous avez déjà exercé un métier dans le domaine de la formation (ou/et idéalement dans la relation client).
  • Vous mesurez l'importance de la satisfaction client et de la qualité de service.
  • Vous faites preuve de grandes qualités de communication aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit et avez un vrai goût pour la gestion de contenu.
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d’un esprit de synthèse.
  • Vous savez animer une session de formation ou une réunion de travail.

    Vous aimez travailler en équipe en mode projet.
  • Autonome, vous êtes organisé(e) et savez gérer les priorités.
  • Vous êtes très à l'aise sur les outils informatiques (outils de CRM, back office, outils de collaboration, pack Office).
  • Enfin, l'anglais est un prérequis pour ce poste (nombreux échanges à prévoir avec nos filiales étrangères) ainsi que la maîtrise d’une autre langue VP est un plus (espagnol, Italien, allemand, etc.).
  • Une précédente expérience dans le tourisme est un plus.
