Le contrat proposé ne peut excéder trois ans, renouvelable dans la limite d'une durée maximale de six ans.

Temps de travail Temps complet Télétravail Oui Management Non Experience souhaitée Confirmé Rémunération indicative Rémunération statutaire, régime indemnitaire Descriptif de l'emploi Doté d'une expérience dans le domaine de la géomatique, rigoureux, avec un sens des relations humaines, vous participerez aux développement, évolutions et améliorations des applications métiers, vous assurerez le maintien en condition opérationnelle de ces applications et vous serez chargé(e) d'assister les utilisateurs.

Missions / conditions d'exercice Au sein de la Direction Générale des Ressources, sous l'autorité du Responsable du service SIG avec qui vous formerez un binôme, vos activités principales seront les suivantes :



* Participation à la vie du service

- Aider et former à l'utilisation des applications métiers ;

- Participation à des groupes de travail (territoriaux, départementaux-Géo Vendée, régionaux-Géo Pal) ;

- Productions cartographiques ;

- Aides occasionnelles aux levés de terrain pour les services opérationnels (bassin d'orages, plages, ...).



* Développement et applications

- Maintenir les applications métiers ;

- Développer les applications métiers ou destinées au grand public pour répondre aux besoins des services opérationnels ;

- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les dysfonctionnements ;

- Respecter les procédures de gestion mise en place ;

- Veille réglementaire et technique.



Les missions de ce poste seront susceptibles d'être adaptées au regard des évolutions du service.

Profils recherchés SAVOIR-FAIRE ATTENDUS :

* Connaissance en base de données : Postgres/Postgis ;

* Connaissance des langages et outils : SQL/plsql ;

* Connaissance des SIG bureautique : Qgis ; SIG Web : Géo (Business Geografic) ;

* Bonnes connaissances en géomatique ;

* La connaissance des langages JSON, CSS, HTM et python est un plus ;

* La connaissance du référentiel PCRS et de l'exploitation des données LIDAR est un plus ;

* La connaissance des outils de levé terrain est un plus
