Rejoignez un acteur majeur du secteur de la grande distribution qui opère à l'échelle nationale et internationale, reconnu pour son dynamisme et sa capacité à innover constamment.

Dans le cadre de la modernisation et de la sécurisation de nos process de vente, notre Direction des Systèmes d'Information (DSI-PDV) recherche un Technicien Support Utilisateurs Expert.

Notre équipe est dédiée au domaine crucial de l'encaissement et de la monétique.

Vous intégrerez une équipe spécialisée, au sein d'un environnement stimulant où le support de troisième niveau est stratégiquement essentiel pour garantir l’efficacité de la chaîne de paiement.

Ce poste est à pourvoir pour faire face à des enjeux croissants d’optimisation des systèmes de caisse.

Missions

  • Prendre en charge et résoudre les incidents de troisième niveau liés aux systèmes d'encaissement et monétique

  • Analyser et diagnostiquer les problématiques techniques affectant la ligne de caisse et les terminaux de paiement.

  • Assurer la prise en main à distance pour le dépannage et le soutien technique.

  • Escalader les incidents aux prestataires ou équipes d’études si nécessaire.

  • Participer activement à la mise en place d'actions correctives et proposer des améliorations continues.

  • Assurer le suivi des incidents et contribuer au reporting de leurs impacts.
  • Stack technique

  • Systèmes d'encaissement et monétiques

  • Environnements Windows, notamment Hyper V

  • Bases de données SQL et langage Transact SQ

  • Réseau (filaire, WIFI, switch)

  • Windows Active Directory

  • Outils d’administration de Windows (gestionnaire de disque, observateur d’événements…)
  • Profil recherché

  • Formation technique supérieure en informatique ou discipline connexe

  • 2 à 3 années d’expérience réussie dans le support clients, avec un focus sur les environnements monétiques et d’encaissement

  • Compétences en résolution de problèmes et gestion de crises

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et pédagogie

  • La connaissance de l’anglais professionnel est un atout
