🚀 Notre proposition 🚀 :
Au sein de l'équipe de 20 techniciens de proximité en mode Welcome BAR IT, votre rôle sera d'accueillir les utilisateurs en mode Bar IT et de répondre à leurs demandes et incidents informatiques, assurant ainsi une prise en charge complète jusqu'au traitement final.
En tant que partie intégrante du back office, vous vous engagerez également à approfondir la réflexion sur les incidents, garantissant une résolution proactive et efficace pour maintenir une expérience utilisateur optimale.
📣 Vos missions et responsabilités
· Support de proximité N2 poste de travail, smartphone et tablette (4000 Utilisateurs)
o Gestion des demandes et incidents
o Résolutions d’incidents Hard et Soft
o Formation des collaborateurs aux outils du digital (O365)
o Livraison et support de salles de réunions
o Renouvellement de matériel (Mobile et PC)
o Remises en Conformité
o Avoir la capacité de fournir un reporting au management
o Être en mesure d’organiser et d’animation de points d’activité avec le client et les équipes IT
o Assurer les escalades au N3, coordination et suivi du ticket, réunions avec eux jusqu’à la résolution de l’incident
· Participation à la cellule Premium dédiée au support et à l’accompagnement la population VIP/VOP . Être en mesure de faire de l’ASTREINTE
· Gestion de la flotte mobile (1700 terminaux iOS et Android – 3 opérateurs SFR Orange et Bouygues)
Environnement technique:
W10-W11 / O365 / SCCM / Matériel / déploiement d’application / Trouble shooting / Active Directory
