Vos missions :
Technical skills
Environnements Windows 10 / 11
Pack Office 365 (installation, dépannage, configuration Outlook, OneDrive, Teams…)
Active Directory (gestion des comptes, groupes, permissions)
Outils de ticketing (ServiceNow, GLPI, etc.)
Outils de prise en main à distance (SCCM, DameWare, RDP…)
Connaissance des bases réseaux : VPN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
Connaissance des environnements virtualisés (VDI, Citrix, VMware) serait un plus
Dépannage matériel : PC, imprimantes, périphériques divers
Soft skills
Excellent sens du service client et de la communication
Capacité à prioriser et à gérer plusieurs sollicitations simultanément
Rigueur et autonomie
Esprit d'équipe et sens du partage des connaissances
Curiosité technique et volonté d'apprendre
Bonne gestion du stress, notamment en environnement exigeant et sensible
