Technicien support Applicatif N3 H/F Position in Lyon - Helpline

Description du poste

Vos missions :

  • Traiter les incidents de niveau N3 sur un périmètre WMS
  • Identifier les incidents liés à un manque de formation des utilisateurs et transmettre les besoins aux interlocuteurs concernés.
  • Conseiller les utilisateurs pour assurer une bonne utilisation des applications.
  • Maintenir un niveau de dossiers en cours conforme aux objectifs du service.
  • Se former en continu sur les applications prises en charge par la chaîne support.
  • Participer à l’analyse des appels au Service Desk afin de mettre en place des actions correctives (formation, paramétrage, etc.).
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de niveau 3 des autres pays, principalement en Italie et dans la péninsule Ibérique.
  • Contribuer à la qualité du contenu des bases de connaissances.
  • Participer aux recettes utilisateurs (modules) dans le cadre du transfert vers la chaîne support.

Qualifications

Ce poste est fait pour vous si :

  • Vous êtes diplômé d’une formation qualifiante en informatique (bac+2/3), et possédez une première expérience réussie dans le support informatique N2 WMS
  • 5 ans d'expérience dans le support N2
  • Très bonne connaissances sur SQL / oracle 
  • Anglais B2 minimum (obligatoire)
