Lieu : MARSEILLE 13011


🕐 CDI – 39h/semaine (Lundi au vendredi, 8h30–18h)


🚗 Permis B requis – Déplacements ponctuels à prévoir


Computer Associés, société informatique à taille humaine, développe des solutions logicielles pour les magasins (logiciel de caisse & back office).

Nous accompagnons nos clients au quotidien grâce à une équipe soudée, engagée et passionnée.

Pour renforcer notre pôle support, nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) support applicatif polyvalent(e), orienté(e) service client et accompagnement.


Vos missions


Votre mission


Après une période d’intégration et de formation à nos logiciels, vous serez amené(e) à :



  • Apporter un support applicatif de niveau 1 et 2 auprès des utilisateurs (prise en main à distance avec TeamViewer)

  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les dysfonctionnements liés à l’usage de nos logiciels métiers

  • Assurer les mises à jour logicielles et le suivi des tâches planifiées

  • Réaliser la formation des utilisateurs à distance ou ponctuellement sur site

  • Conseiller et sensibiliser les clients sur les bonnes pratiques d’utilisation

  • Analyser des logs, effectuer des tests fonctionnels et remonter les cas complexes

  • Participer à l’amélioration continue de notre qualité de service


Vos compétences


Votre profil



  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et êtes à l’aise avec un environnement logiciel

  • Vous êtes pédagogue, patient(e), rigoureux(se) et avez le sens du contact client

  • Vous aimez apprendre et vous adapter à différents contextes

  • Une connaissance de SQL Server est un plus apprécié

  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis B (des déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir)
