Votre challenge :

Rattaché au Responsable de service Support Applicatif, et vous garantissez l’accès et la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la performance des solutions logicielles.

Concrètement, vos responsabilités principales seront de :

  • Prendre en charge les incidents et les demandes d’assistance applicative, les diagnostiquer et les résoudre ou les escalader

  • Installer, configurer et maintenir les composants logiciels liés aux applications de production, en assurant leur qualité par des tests et validations des correctifs et des évolutions apportées.

  • Assurer le monitoring quotidien des applications et des interfaces pour anticiper les dysfonctionnements et garantir la continuité de service.

  • Rédiger et maintenir la documentation opérationnelle, les guides utilisateurs et les procédures de support, apporter votre appui technique auprès des Key Users.

  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des outils existants.
  • Vous êtes en lien étroit avec les équipes métier afin d’analyser leurs besoins fonctionnels.

    Vous participez directement aux tests, validations et recettes des évolutions, et êtes partie prenante dans la conduite du changement et l’accompagnement des utilisateurs vers l’adoption des nouvelles fonctionnalités.


    Vous rejoignez un environnement technique avec un périmètre applicatif varié comprenant plusieurs ERP industriels (SILOG, SAP), bases de données SQL, outil de ticketing (GLPI), et outils de reporting et analyse de données (PowerBI).


    Qui êtes vous ?

    Vous avez une formation initiale BAC+3 en technologies de l’informations, et vous capitalisez sur une expérience consolidée et réussie en tant que chargé de support applicatif dans un domaine industriel.


    Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’utilisation de systèmes d’informations dédiés aux industries.


    Au-delà de vos compétences, vous êtes surtout reconnu pour votre orientation client, votre rigueur, et votre capacité à prioriser les demandes.

    Vous savez travailler en équipe et communiquer efficacement.
