Dans le cadre d’un projet en infogérance, au sein d’un acteur majeur français du spatial, vous intégrerez une équipe Inetum pluridisciplinaire allant du support utilisateurs à l’expertise technique couvrant l’ensemble des activités d’infrastructure (supervision, intégration, exploitation, administration, ingénierie) pour leur maintien en condition opérationnelle.
Vous aurez également l’opportunité de participer à court et moyen terme aux projets de Transformation vers une infrastructure en Cloud privé.
Nous accompagnerons votre montée en compétences notamment au travers de parcours de formations et certifications.
Rattaché au Responsable Service Desk et au sein d’une équipe de 11 collaborateurs, vous êtes le point de contact du Service Desk et assurez la prise en compte des sollicitations et la résolution immédiate des incidents ou des demandes sur procédures et/ou utilisation de la base de connaissances.
A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :
De formation Bac +2/3 en informatique, vous présentez une première expérience en tant que Technicien Service Desk et de bonnes connaissances des environnements poste de travail.
A l’aise dans l’échange, vous êtes reconnue pour votre sens du service, votre capacité d’écoute et de synthèse.
Vous connaissez des outils ITSM et vous avez l’habitude d’utiliser des bases de connaissances.
Vous êtes idéalement certifié ITIL.
Nous recherchons des personnes souhaitant faire partager leurs expériences, leurs idées et surtout aspirant à participer au développement de notre agence bordelaise.
