Créé il y a plus de 35 ans, APN est une entreprise innovante spécialisée dans la conception, la fabrication et la maintenance d’outils coupants pour l’industrie (Aéronautique et Spatiale, Automobile, Nucléaire, Médicale…).

Basée à Isneauville (76230), nous agissons en France mais également à l’international, notamment au Maghreb au travers de nos filiales marocaine et tunisienne.

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous sommes à la recherche d'un technicien conception méthodes talentueux et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe.


Mission


Vos missions principales

Rattaché(e) au service Méthodes, vous serez en charge de :

  • Concevoir, développer et améliorer les procédés de fabrication et d’assemblage.

  • Définir et formaliser les gammes opératoires, instructions de travail et nomenclatures.

  • Participer à la conception et à la mise en place des outillages et moyens de production.

  • Contribuer à l’optimisation des flux de production et à la réduction des coûts.

  • Assurer le support technique auprès de la production.

  • Participer aux projets d’industrialisation et à l’amélioration continue.



Compétences :

  • Constituer les dossiers de fabrication

  • Etre capable de partager ses expériences et sa pratique

  • Etudier et déterminer les procédures à suivre pour chaque fabrication

  • Formaliser les processus et procédures nécessaires au fonctionnement de l'organisation

  • Intégrer des méthodes et outils de résolution de problèmes

  • Organiser de façon efficace son temps de travail dans les délais

  • Participer à l’évolution des procédés et des produits

  • Respecter les normes qualité

  • Respecter les règles de métrologie

  • Respecter les règles de Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement (QHSE)

  • S’approprier l’objectif de production

  • Sélectionner des fournisseurs, sous-traitants, prestataires

  • Utiliser des logiciels de Conception de Fabrication Assistée par Ordinateur (CFAO)

  • Utiliser des logiciels de Conception et Dessin Assistés par Ordinateur (CAO/DAO)

  • Utiliser des outils bureautiques

  • Utiliser des Progiciels de Gestion Intégrée PGI, Enterprise Resource Planning ERP


Profil


Votre profil

  • Formation Bac+2 à Bac+3 (BTS, DUT, Licence Pro) en mécanique, productique ou équivalent.

  • Minimum 5 années d’expérience réussie dans un poste similaire (méthodes, industrialisation, conception process).

  • Bonne maîtrise des logiciels de CAO/DAO (type Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD…).

  • Bonne maîtrise de logiciel ERP (type Cegid PMI, …).

  • Connaissance des outils d’amélioration continue (Lean, 5S, AMDEC…).

  • Rigueur, autonomie et capacité à travailler en équipe.

  • Bon relationnel et esprit d’analyse.
