Objectif du poste

Sous la responsabilité de la directrice France :

  • Manager l’équipe des techniciens.

  • Développer et maintenir une stratégie de service pour l'activité France qui soit alignée sur le marché et considère la prestation de services comme un catalyseur pour la fidélisation des clients et l'augmentation de la part de marché.

  • Maintenir un système CRM de service qui facilite la traçabilité et la gestion des KPI.

  • Maintenir et piloter un haut niveau de documentation de service et de traçabilité.

  • Montrer l'exemple et établir des normes appropriées de service professionnel.

  • Effectuer des interventions de dépannage de service et des appels de maintenance préventive dans la zone désignée et à l'extérieur de la zone pour soulager la charge de travail au besoin.

  • Gestion de projet de l'ensemble des installations.

  • Maintenir l'inventaire des stocks et l'outillage requis pour fournir un service et un étalonnage standard.

  • Assurer le respect des systèmes de gestion de la qualité et des mandats réglementaires de l'industrie.

  • Diriger et gérer l'équipe en fonction de la stratégie globale et des objectifs de développement personnel.

  • Assurer la formation des techniciens des établissements de santé.

  • Être responsable de la qualité de service et de vigilance des produits.
