Within the Lighting/Signaling product group, the Angers site hosts the Development Center which designs and develops innovative automotive lighting systems (headlamps and taillights) for the European Regional Operation and a headlamp production plant.

Within the Angers Development Center, the Technical Lighting Product Engineer M/F is responsible for the design of vehicle headlights and taillights, deadlines, budgets and dedicated resources within the framework of a given project.

Your challenges ?

  • Ensure the technical interface with the car manufacturer

  • To ensure the conformity of the definitions in relation to the Product/Process/Methodology standards

  • Manage the dedicated resources (electronic/ mechanical/ optical...) for the project in question: planning, monitoring of developments, justifications...

  • Guarantee at the design level, the respect of the objectives of costs, deadlines and quality

  • Manage the technical documents (justifications, Design Review...) related to the project

  • Ensure the development of the product following the standard ASPICE process

  • Develop customer contacts to present technical solutions and the overall progress of the study

  • Work directly according to the requests on the customer's platform

  • Manage integrated suppliers to develop specific components

  • Participate in the follow-up of the realization of the prototype tools

  • Follow up on the validation of the product until the start of production

What about you :

You have a minimum of 2 years experience in product development and R&D project management. 

Good communicator, you are at ease with various interlocutors and know how to adapt to their expectations.

You are recognized for your ability to anticipate, as well as your rigor and your ability to discern. 

Knowledge of mechanics, optics and plastics processing are additional assets. 

Your level of English allows you to express yourself easily both orally and in writing.
