Vous aurez pour mission :
Analyser les données techniques du constructeur, le contrat et les spécificités du client
Réaliser une inspection visuelle et interpréter les défauts caractérisés sur les pièces internes du moteur à l’aide d’un endoscope.
Déterminer les travaux sur l'APU et les LRU à réaliser suivant l’expertise réalisée
Elaborer les rapports d'expertises au client sur l'avancement (preliminary finding Report, teardown report, inspection report et shop finding report) et les risques techniques de son affaire
Piloter le support technique lors du process de réparation des moteurs/ pièces
Analyser, traiter et transmettre les requêtes techniques clients - Justification technique auprès des clients des travaux supplémentaires, des coûts majeurs
Alerter les services concernés sur les dérives contractuelles (Coût, Marge Qualité, Délai)
Piloter la Commission d'Expertise afin d'assurer une analyse technique et d'optimiser les coûts
Contrôler et valider le devis et la facture sur son champ d'expertise métier
Analyser les rejets au Banc d'Essais et déterminer les travaux correctifs
Définir et mettre à jour les Standards de Modification (Service Bulletin) en fonction des exigences clients et recommandations techniques
Connaissances en maintenance aéronautique et/ou mécanique générale
Connaissance de la règlementation aéronautique PART 145
Connaissance technique et professionnelle du fonctionnement des APU
Connaissance professionnelle des documentations constructeur (CMM, EM,SB ...)
Connaissance de l'utilisation d'un endoscope et interprétation des données
Connaissance du flux de réparation des APU
Connaissance des méthodes d'inspection, de réparation et de test
Connaissances et pratique des outils informatiques et bureautique (Office/ERP) et des outils de chargement des données OEM
