Support Service Client(H/F) Job Opening In Clichy – Now Hiring Mistertemp'

A propos du poste :

En tant que Customer Care Support (H/F) pour notre client, vous serez au coeur de la relation entre l'entreprise et ses clients, contribuant ainsi à l'amélioration de leur expérience.

Vous serez formé(e) aux outils et process internes, avec un accompagnement personnalisé pour garantir votre réussite.

Vos missions seront diversifiées, allant de l'utilisation de l'outil Copilot pour apporter des réponses efficaces aux clients, à la gestion des demandes et réclamations.

Poste ouvert au CDI, basé à Paris (18e)


Vos missions:
Votre mission consistera à 80% du temps aux traitements de mails et tickets.

- Réponses clients par email et chat
- Gestion des tickets Google (70 à 80 % des cas clients)
- Résolution de bugs techniques
- Prise en charge progressive : démarrage par des cas simples
- Gestion de clients parfois insatisfaits
- Objectifs d'évaluation : nombre de tickets clos, CSAT, qualité (via échantillonnage)




Formation :
- Formation initiale sur les outils et process internes
- Accompagnement post-formation renforcé
- Utilisation de l'outil Copilot (branché sur Intercom) pour suggérer des réponses sur cas simples.


Process de recrutement :
- Test envoyé par Mistertemp (orthographe/grammaire)
- Présentation de la société et transmission des supports culturels
- Entretien final par client: cas pratique + échange (1h avec team leader + un manager senior)

Conditions de rémunération
- Salaire brut annuel :
Intérim- 31k brut annuel + 2K de variable (500EUR par trimestre) calculés sur la performance (productivité/ csat / qualité)
- Avantages :
Prise en charge à 50 % du titre de transport
Titres restaurant à 7,50 EUR

Votre profil:
Nous recherchons un profil dynamique et rigoureux, avec de solides compétences en communication écrite et orale pour assurer une relation client de qualité.
Vous devez être organisé(e) et capable d'analyser les situations pour proposer des solutions adaptées.
Une expérience préalable en support client est requise, ainsi qu'une maîtrise des outils bureautiques.
Des connaissances en marketing digital et en gestion de l'expérience client seraient un atout indéniable.


- Maîtrise du français, écrit irréprochable
- Connaissance du Pack Office, de la Suite Google, idéalement de Salesforce
- Connaissance des outils Google et fonctionnement SEO
- Maîtrise de la relation client, excellente communication écrite
- Aisance sur Mac et capacité à gérer la pression
- Expérience en support client, outils bureautiques et idéalement marketing digital
