Description du poste
Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire H/F en imagerie médicale / deep learning pour rejoindre notre équipe innovation et prendre part à un projet en pointe dans le secteur de la Chirurgie Assistée par Ordinateur.
La reconstruction automatique de jumeaux numériques à partir d’images médicales tomodensitométriques (CT) inclut le positionnement de points de repères ou landmarks.
Ceux-ci permettent de caractériser l’anatomie du patient et sont utilisés lors de la planification de la chirurgie pour le placement de la prothèse, et la simulation de l’amplitude de mouvement.
L’objectif du stage est d’explorer les techniques de statistical shape modeling (SSM) [1] permettant le positionnement de ces landmarks sur la reconstruction l’humérus.
Le/la stagiaire disposera d’une base de plus de 30k cas de reconstructions vérifiées par des experts, pour réaliser cette étude.
En fonction des résultats, il/elle pourra combiner cette technique à des approches de type deep learning (architecture de réseaux neuronaux convolutifs de type DeepSSM) [2] pour produire des segmentations précises robuste, fiables, et cliniquement exploitables, y compris en conditions d’imagerie dégradée.

• Connaissance approfondie des techniques SSM, et morphométrie statistique (PCA, alignement de formes, fitting)
• Acquisition des fondamentaux de la démarche scientifique
• Utilisation d’outils et de techniques à l’état de l’art
• Expérience en deep learning pour l’application médicale
• Développement de l’autonomie et de l’esprit critique

Formation / Compétences
• École d’Ingénieur (stage de 3ème année)
• Traitement d’images médicales (segmentation, reconstruction 3D)
• Concepts de Statistical Shape Modeling (SSM)
• Langage Python et librairies usuelles (numpy, matplotlib)
• Analyse d’erreurs et interprétation des performances (Dice, HD95, surface distances…)
• Connaissance de l’outil ShapeWorks Studio est un plus
• Anglais lu, écrit, parlé
