DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
The tech/product team consists of 70 people divided into several departments and squads.
You will join one of the departments made up of 5 squads.
Each squad is managed by an Engineering Manager and includes 4-6 developers.
Your main responsabilities:
Scaling infrastructure for increased demandExpanding product features across Voice, SMS, and automationEnhancing data models and API performanceEnsure the system meets high standards for performance, scalability, and resilience.Integrating with new systems and third-party applicationsDriving innovation in AI-driven customer support solutionsOptimize communication protocols and workflows for maximum efficiency and scalability.Work with other product squads to ensure consistent API design and data sharing across platforms.Develop prototypes and proof of concepts to validate new features or architectural changes.Maintain high code quality by enforcing best practices such as code reviews, testing, and documentation.Tech Stack:

First Round: HR Screening - Video call (30 min)
Second Round: Video call with the Engineering Manager (45 min)
Third Round: Live coding - Video call
Fourth Round: Discussion with the CTO/Co-founder (30 min)
The entire process will be conducted in English.
