What you’ll do
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our new TPM team to drive complex technical programs across Doctolib’s organization to achieve business outcomes to ensure Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare.
You will report to our Director of TPM and work closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute technical programs while translating Doctolib’s vision to results.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Organize program rituals, including steering committees with executive leadershipEstablish and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, engineering and product leaders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables Review technical design decisions, assess engineering practices, ensuring programs’ dependencies are addressed for effective deliveryCommunicate effectively to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on project goals and statusDevelop and implement processes for technical program management, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolutionSupport continuous improvement by improving our ways of working, tools, and processesMonitor and report on the progress of technical programs, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues to ensure successful delivery Who You Are

7+ years of experience with software industry and technical program management, with a background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldStrong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address risks and issuesAbility to think critically and objectively; with a solutions oriented approachDriven and outcome focused, capable of facilitating organizational change and adapting in a changing environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsA user-first attitude, actively listening to and understanding the needs and perspectives of stakeholders Business fluency in English Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading programs across tech organization of 500+ peoplePrevious involvement in modularisation initiativesKnowledge of different database technologies such as Postgres and MongoDBAre fluent in French, German, or Italian What We Offer
