Coders Connect are partnering with Sanofi,a global biopharmaceutical embarking at the very beginning of theirdigital transformation.

They will be assembling brand new digital focused cross-functional agile teams in the heart of Paris.

This will be a brand new amazing office separate from HQ as a digital lab or accelerator, think startup within an enterprise.

You as Scrum Master Your mission will be to be the team servant leader and coach to enable delivery of the best product possible every sprint.

Your key responsibilities will be: Guide the development of the product team with a sustainable cadence Educate the team in Scrum and Agile at scale practices Coach the team through Epics and stories, meet the delivery teams Definition of Done Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.

Support communication between product team (PO, Full-Stack Developers, UX/UI) & business stakeholders Facilitate pod ceremonies throughout each sprint: daily standup, sprint planning, sprint demos Assist the Product Owner with keeping the backlog groomed Maintain relevant metrics that provide visibility & help the team see how they are doing Inspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible Why Sanofi Digital?

Key Functional Requirements & Qualifications Experience developing best Lean & Agile practices, policies, and/or procedures Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly Drives proof of concept implementations Facilitates design and review sessions to define broad solutions with the big picture in mind Ability to assess new technologies and compile architecture decision records (ADRs) For more senior roles, mentoring and/or technology evangelism/advocacy experience is a plus Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications Experience with cloud-based services (especially AWS managed services) Experience in agile development processes and DevOps methodology / principals Experience in GIT-based source code management (GitHub) and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices (GitHub Actions) Experience in specifying Infrastructure as a code (Terraform) Experience in Linux, containers, Kubernetes, and serverless Experience in Javascript, Node.js, React and Flutter Experience in object oriented and test-driven development Experience with event-based systems/integrations Experience in automating deployment, scaling, and management of complex applications Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (AWS RDS) Solid understanding of networking concepts Experience in Integration Services (Informatica Cloud, Airflow) is a plus Knowledge with messaging solutions (EventBridge, SNS, SQS, Rabbit MQ, Kafka) Knowledge of Data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is a plus Experience in working within compliance (e.g.: quality, regulatory - data privacy, GxP, SOX) and cybersecurity requirements is a plus Relevant cloud certifications are a plus Soft and behavioral skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with multiple teams to drive alignment and results Service-oriented, flexible, positive team player Self-motivated, takes initiative Problem solving & critical thinking Your background 6+ years of experience in a Developer or Solution Architect role 1+ years of experience managing a team of architects or developers Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or similar field Experience in a healthcare company is a strong plus
