VOTRE MISSION : DÉVELOPPER LA CROISSANCE COMMERCIALE EN DIRECT ET VIA PARTENAIRES
En lien direct avec la direction et les fondateurs, vous structurez l’approche commerciale directe et indirecte.
Vos responsabilités :
Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales (nouveaux marchés, secteurs, régions).
Répondre aux appels d’offre des centres de recherche ou industriels.
Gérer les leads entrants (inbound qualifié).
Conduire les cycles de vente (1 an en moyenne) avec plusieurs interlocuteurs (techniques, achats…).
Évangéliser une technologie pointue lors de démonstrations, salons, envoi d’échantillons et phases de test client.
Structurer les outils et supports de vente (documentation, training, pitch).
Coordonner les distributeurs à l’international (formation, reporting, animation, suivi des ventes).
Assurer le suivi du pipeline via HubSpot et contribuer à la veille marché.
VOTRE PROFIL : SALES TECH ET AUTONOME, AVEC ENVIE D’IMPACT
Must-have :
•2 à 10 ans d’expérience en Sales ou Business Development, idéalement sur des cycles longs et des produits techniques.
•Appétence forte pour les technologies industrielles / deeptech.
•Solides compétences relationnelles et capacité à adapter le pitch à des profils techniques ou scientifiques.
•Expérience avec un réseau de partenaires ou distributeurs.
•Français et anglais professionnels (oral et écrit).
•Capacité à travailler en forte autonomie et à prendre des initiatives.
Nice-to-have :
•Connaissance ou expérience dans les secteurs microélectronique, printing, semi-conducteurs ou additive manufacturing.
•Expérience en scale-up ou startup industrielle.
