Notre client est un éditeur de logiciels de gestion documentaire et de médiathèques à destination des collectivités locales.
Existant depuis 1998, la société compte aujourd’hui deux agences, emploie 45 salariés et réalise un chiffre d’affaires de 4 M€.
Dans le cadre de sa croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable des Services Techniques.
Rattaché au Directeur Technique, vous encadrez le service support technique (3 personnes) ainsi que le service hotline de 6 personnes.
Au-delà du management de cette équipe de 9 personnes, vous avez un rôle central, à la fois au niveau du développement, des installations produits, du déploiement, de la maintenance et des clients hébergés.
Votre rôle est double tant en phase d’avant-vente afin d’épauler les Commerciaux qu’en après-vente.
Vous optimisez les processus de déploiement des logiciels (et upgrades) mais aussi des plus de 300 clients hébergés.
En veille technique constante, vous documentez les processus et êtes force de proposition sur les évolutions à apporter.
Votre mission est de garantir le meilleur fonctionnement des services aux clients.
Vous pilotez aussi l’informatique interne (70 PC, portables inclus) et la téléphonie.
De formation supérieure minimum Bac +2 en Informatique, vous êtes issu de l’univers du logiciel et avez idéalement une première expérience managériale.
Aguerri aux solutions réseaux, sécurité et hébergement, vous connaissez parfaitement les matériels et les configurations serveurs Windows.
A l’aise dans l’environnement .Net, vous avez une bonne connaissance des bases de données MS-SQL, Oracle et PostgreSQL.
Méthodique et organisé, vous savez être autonome et avez un excellent relationnel.
A l’écoute de vos collaborateurs, vous êtes disponible, volontaire et dynamique.
CDI, poste basé à Lyon.
Des déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir dans toute la France.
