Un Responsable support client H/F








Offre d'emploi en Entreprise Adaptée de Travail Temporaire réservée aux bénéficiaires d'une Obligation d’Emploi des Travailleurs Handicapés (OETH, RQTH, AAH, etc…) en cours de validité.





Vos missions

L'équipe de notre client est en charge du support informatique du domaine fonctionnel RH d'un client du monde de l'aéronautique en quatre langues (Français, Allemand, Anglais, Espagnol, Portugais).



Dans ce cadre, le Responsable support client est responsable de :
  • Prendre en charge la résolution de problématiques opérationnelles ne pouvant être traitées directement par l'équipe d'agents de support de L1, en clarifiant les processus de résolution avec le client, en escaladant si nécessaire les problématiques aux interlocuteurs adéquats, et en assurant l'expertise sur les cas complexes
  • Gérer la relation client, notamment sur l'ensemble des questions opérationnelles, préparer et animer les reporting hebdomadaires et mensuels, cascader auprès des chefs d'équipes les informations, animer les réunions avec le client
  • Assurer le Service Planning pour toute Entrée en Service (EiS), par le recueil du besoin client, la réalisation des reporting, la tenue des réunions de suivi, l'animation du retour d'expérience
  • Participer à l'analyse des données dans une démarche d'amélioration continue, et proposer des solutions d'amélioration
  • Supporter exceptionnellement l'activité opérationnelle de l'équipe d'agents L1, par le traitement de tickets complexes et l'aide directe aux agents sur leurs tickets


Profil recherché

Vous avez les compétences suivantes:

  • Français C1 minimum, Anglais B2 minimum, autre langue (Espagnol, Portugais ou Allemand) est un plus
  • Bon relationnel, bonne communication, orientation client, sens du service
  • Capacité d'organisation, bonne autonomie, proactivité et sens de l'initiative
  • Orientation qualité et satisfaction
  • Appétence en informatique
  • Bonne gestion du stress
  • Compétences de suivi d'indicateurs et de reporting
  • Maitrise de MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel) et Google Workspace (Sheets, Slide)
  • Expérience du support informatique est un plus
  • Connaissance de ServiceNow est un plus
  • Niveau de formation : Bac + 3
