Responsable support client (H/F)
Au sein du Service Support Clients, vous assurez le respect des engagements contractuels et le suivi commercial des programmes en Série et en Service.
En tant que spécialiste intervenant tout au long du cycle de vie des produits fabriqués par Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse, vous définissez et mettez en œuvre les activités de support après-vente au sein du réseau international Liebherr-Aerospace, en accord avec les stratégies définies par la Division.

Profil :
De formation Bac+5 dans le domaine Commercial ou Ingénierie, vous justifiez d’au moins 6 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire en environnement aéronautique, la connaissance du secteur Défense est un plus.
Engagé(e), avec des capacités d’analyse reconnues, vous savez identifier et gérer les priorités et les risques.
Vous possédez d’excellentes capacités relationnelles qui vous permettent d’assurer les situations de représentation et de négocier avec des clients internes et externes.
Fédérateur-trice, vous aimez travailler en mode transverse et coordonner des équipes.
Vous parlez un anglais courant.
