Job description

Description : Composé d’une cinquantaine de collaborateurs, la DSI du Groupe SNEF développe et déploie des solutions innovantes, adaptées aux différents besoins et activités des services, agences et entités SNEF.



VOS MISSIONS



Rattaché(e) au Responsable de Production, vous intégrerez le pôle SUA et prenez en charge les demande N1 et N2 des utilisateurs des applications de gestion du groupe :



• Recueillir les demandes utilisateurs (appels, mails ou helpdesk)

• Enregistrer, analyser et traiter les incidents et anomalies de fonctionnement

• Résoudre en autonomie les incidents ou orienter vers l’expertise de niveau supérieur

• Suivre le traitement des demandes d’utilisateurs

• Enrichir la base de connaissances

• Mettre en place les processus et participer au processus d’amélioration continu

• Définir et mettre en place les KPI de suivi de l’activité

• Déployer les spécialisations « métier »

• Faire les revues des tickets avec les référents de domaine

• Animer et encadrer l’équipe « SUA »

• Assurer le développement des compétences et le recrutement de nouveaux talents

• Effectuer un reporting régulier au responsable de production



VOTRE PROFIL



• Diplômé(e) de type Bac+2 en informatique ou l’équivalent, vous justifiez de 5 ans d’expérience dans le support utilisateurs et l’encadrement d’équipe
