To support the company’s growth, we are recruiting a PROJECT MANAGER M/F.
Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage a project in particular and intervene from the signing of commercial contract, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and internal procedures.
You will collaborate with all departments of the company to guarantee project success.
In this context, your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the company’s contractual obligations are met on its projects, with a focus on QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment). Managing client relationships from contract signing to project delivery. Handling claims and contractual modifications related to project changes. Organizing and planning projects from the head office. Monitoring deadlines and ensuring milestones are met. Applying the company’s established project management processes. Providing regular project reporting to management. Coordinating the deployment of teams on-site and supervising operations with the site manager or project engineer. Ensuring proper installation and optimal operation of equipment by defining the resources required to achieve the expected results. Coordinating internal teams and departments impacted by the project lifecycle. Conducting regular on-site visits at the client’s premises and with third-party partners to monitor progress. Managing procurement within allocated budgets. Functionally overseeing project financial control. Optimizing costs to improve project margins. Implementing the company’s HSE policies and objectives. Continuously developing technical skills alongside sales engineers, the design office, and after-sales service. This description covers the main responsibilities and tasks; it is not exhaustive.

Education: Higher education degree such as Engineering School, Business School, Master’s, or equivalent. Experience: Strong experience as a Project Manager in a similar sector, ideally having managed projects combining civil engineering and complex industrial systems. Key qualities: Professional credibility, leadership, and excellent communication skills are essential to drive tomorrow’s projects.
