Votre futur rôle

Relevez un nouveau défi et mettez à profit votre expertise en gestion de projet au sein de notre Centre de Développement Électrique.

Vous serez rattaché(e) au Responsable Ingénierie Électrique et travaillerez aux côtés de collègues passionnés, motivés et engagés.

Au quotidien, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes de l’entreprise, l’Ingénieur Électrique Train, l’équipe programme électrique et le département de production, avec une vision de bout en bout (de l’ingénierie à la fabrication/montage).

Could you be the full-time Project Manager in Toulouse we’re looking for?
The Electrical Development Center (EDC) in Toulouse is responsible to develop electrical products from detailed design stage until the serial go.
 
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise on our Electrical Development Center.

You’ll report to, Electrical Engineering Manager, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
 
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, the Train Electrical Engineer, Electrical program team and manufacturing department with an end-to-end view (Engineering to manufacturing/fitting)
 
We’ll look to you to:
• Ensure QCD respect for Design Management phase of Train Harness for the Electrical development center.
• Be accountable for design and development of Train harness with scope Mechanical, Industrial and Electrical.
• Analyze Project requirements and prepare design documents for process flows with interaction with TEE.
• Identify all issues and solve it effectively to achieve all objectives and QCD.
• Manage and publish weekly KPI to project and internally.
• Manage functionally a team composed by functionnal, 3D, Industrial resources allocated to projects
• Prepare and participate to Elec internal / monthly project reviews
• Support Harness manufacturing (technical issues) during production phase
• Support Change & Configuration team and ensure Configuration of ours products
• Formalize and use the return of experience of each project for the benefit of the next ones.
• Contribute and propose continuous improvement especially on Leadtime and cost reduction.
