Aptitude Experts est une entreprise d’ingénierie qui réunit des experts reconnus en infrastructures, principalement sur le secteur ferroviaire, et des ingénieurs pour accompagner les transformations et garantir la qualité des projets en cours.


Aptitude Experts accompagne les entreprises ferroviaires avec ses experts métiers (voie, caténaire, signalisation, projet, GC) sur des besoins d’expertise (Etudes, REX, audits, etc…) et de formation (risques ferroviaires, signalisation, etc.), mais également en assistance technique avec des nombreuses missions en management de projet ou expertise technique.

Aptitude Experts assume la vocation d’entreprise-réseau.

Elle intervient auprès des entreprises ferroviaires pour délivrer des formations (signalisation, voie), partager son expertise (AMO systèmes -Vérification technique – Essais) ou pour accompagner des projets en régie.

Descriptif du poste :

Aptitude recrute un(e) Project Inspection Coordinator pour garantir la bonne exécution et la conformité des projets industriels ou d’infrastructure, de la phase de préparation jusqu’à la livraison.

Vous jouez un rôle clé dans le suivi, la coordination et le contrôle qualité des inspections terrain, en interface avec tous les acteurs internes et externes du projet.

Missions principales


  • Organiser, planifier et suivre l’ensemble des activités d’inspection sur le terrain (chantier, usine, fournisseur) en conformité avec le planning global du projet et la réglementation en vigueur.

  • S’assurer que les inspections, points d'arrêt (hold points), essais et contrôles qualité sont réalisés dans les règles de l’art, dans le respect des cahiers des charges, normes techniques, codes et exigences client.

  • Élaborer, valider et mettre à jour le plan d’inspection et d’essais (ITP), assurer la traçabilité documentaire (rapports d’inspections, PV, fiches de non-conformité, livrables…).

  • Participer à l’analyse et au traitement des écarts, non-conformités et réserves : identification, documentation, suivi des actions correctives et relances si besoin.

  • Assurer le reporting régulier auprès du management projet : avancement des inspections, synthèse des points bloquants, indicateurs qualité, tableaux de bord.

Profil recherché 


  • Connaissance des industries pétrolières et gazières ainsi que de l'environnement international.

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais obligatoire.

  • 10 ans d'expérience minimum.

  • Coordination des inspections.

  • Revue des ITP (plans d’inspection et de test).

  • Revue des procédures d'essai et de fabrication.

  • Suivi de la fabrication chez le fournisseur.

  • Gestion des NCR (Non-Conformity Reports — rapports de non-conformité).

  • Émission de notes de libération d'inspection.

Conditions d’emploi


  • Contrat : CDI, CDIC ou mission freelance possible selon profil et disponibilité.

  • Localisation : Région Ile-de-France (Paris/La Défense), avec déplacements ponctuels sur sites en France et à l’international.

  • Prise de poste : dès que possible.
