La Direction IT and Operations Services (IOS) a pour objectif de doter CACIB de la meilleure Plateforme IT et Opérations pour maintenir et renforcer la qualité des services rendus à CACIB et de se préparer aux enjeux de croissance et de transformation digitale de CACIB dans les années futures.

Au sein d'IOS, vous intégrerez la Direction OPC (Operations, Premises & Country COOs) qui regroupe:

- d’un pôle Opérations : 4 secteurs d'opérationnels dont CMO et un secteur transverse organisation and Projects management,

- un pôle dédié à la gestion de l’Immobilier (PCS),

- un pôle International COO (ICO)

- un pôle Secrétariat Général (GSE).

Partenaires clés de tous les métiers de la Banque, en relation avec les principaux acteurs économiques, nos équipes garantissent la qualité et la continuité ainsi que la fiabilité des opérations réalisées sur les places financières mondiales, dans le respect de la réglementation internationale, et gèrent l’immobilier d’exploitation, la sécurité et les services aux occupants de CACIB.

Avec près de 1900 collaborateurs dans le monde dont 1000 sur le campus de SQY Park, notre Direction bénéficie d’un environnement de travail moderne aux multiples services et offre de nombreuses perspectives d’évolutions, tant fonctionnelles que managériales.

Vous intégrerez Capital Markets Operations (CMO) qui exerce une responsabilité mondiale sur l’ensemble des fonctions de support opérationnel (MO et BO) dédiées aux activités de marchés.

Au sein du département CMO, vous serez le Process and Change Manager du Middle Office Cash Support.

Vous serez en charge d’accompagner les équipes Middle office Support Cash dans leurs initiatives et projets de transformation.

Le Middle office Support Cash accompagne les Front Offices (Trading et Sales) sur l’ensemble des produits de trésorerie, d’achat/vente, repo et prêts/emprunts sur titres.

Il se compose de 4 équipes France en 7 à l’international (Londres, Francfort, Milan, Madrid, Dubaï, Hong Kong et New York).

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

- Piloter et coordonner les études d’impact issues de projets IT, business pour identifier l’ensemble des impacts organisationnels et/ ou IT sur l’ensemble du périmètre

- Accompagner les managers dans l’exécution des différents projets stratégiques

- Contribuer aux études NAP afin de fluidifier le process en collaboration avec les PCMs CMM

- Piloter les chantiers transverses de transformation ou de prévention du risque opérationnel

- Travailler sur l’amélioration continue et être force de proposition.

- Pendre en charge des sujets en lien avec le business ou intra CMO directement délégués par le responsable (notamment chantier de revue de business process)

- Animer la communauté Managers mondiale du pôle en support du responsable

- Contribuer à la dynamique de la Filière (notamment Opco) en lien avec le responsable
