Au sein de la Direction Services et Opérations, vous pilotez
notre équipe Support Client qui accompagne de bout en bout nos clients afin
d’assurer leur satisfaction dans l’utilisation et la compréhension de notre
plateforme Saas : configuration de leur espace, traitement des demandes de
support, gestion des problématiques de maintenance.

Vous animez l’équipe, les
outils et les processus pour optimiser la qualité et l'efficacité du support et
garantir nos engagements de qualité, délai et coût.

 Responsabilités et Missions :


- Gestion et coordination des
activités de l’équipe pour assurer une assistance efficace et continue aux
clients et une production de service conforme à nos engagements (qualité,
délai, coût)

- Analyse des
irritants clients et proposition d'actions correctives

- Appui à l’équipe sur les cas complexes et
la gestion du processus escalades

- Analyse des données de
performance et élaboration des reporting pour piloter l’activité, identifier
les tendances des problèmes et proposer des améliorations

- Déploiement de
nouvelles offres tout en définissant les process et les outils nécessaires en
collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, les Energy Managers et les équipes
Opérations et Equipements 

- Participation
aux projets transverses d’amélioration de l’expérience client (digitalisation,
automatisation, outils CRM)

- Amélioration continue en actionnant les 3
leviers : RH, outils, process

- Formation
continue de son équipe et construction des supports d’aide aux réponses pour
maintenir un haut niveau de compétence technique

- Recrutement, management et développement
de compétences de l’équipe

- Suivi et animation de sous-traitances
(installateurs, dessinateurs de plan, support client)
