Ta mission


Afin de renforcer notre équipe de développeurs et de chefs de produit, nous recherchons un(e) Lead QA.


Ton rôle sera double : d'une part, tu participeras opérationnellement aux tests au sein d’une squad produit, et d'autre part, tu coordonneras l'ensemble des QA de notre gamme paie.


Pour cela, tes responsabilités principales seront de :




  • Coordonner et animer l'équipe QA, en leur apportant ton expertise et ton soutien.




  • Participer à la stratégie et à la conception des tests fonctionnels et automatisés.




  • Assurer l'intégrité et la conformité des livrables.




  • Collaborer étroitement avec les différentes équipes produits.




  • Apporter un support méthodologique et technique aux QA et squads (outils, bonnes pratiques, automatisation).




Ton quotidien chez fulll




  • Coordination d'équipe : Accompagnement des testeurs sur la gamme de produits “Paie”.




  • Stratégie QA : Participation à la définition des stratégies de tests, à l'élaboration des plans de tests.

    Corédaction des user stories et des critères d'acceptance avec le concours des PM.




  • Tests et documentation : Création des données de test, exécution des tests et consignation des résultats.




  • Suivi qualité : Analyse et qualification des anomalies, et contrôle des corrections apportées.




  • Communication : partager les bonnes pratiques QA et présenter les évolutions/outils aux squads concernées.




Ce que nous recherchons chez toi


Tu es passionné(e) par la qualité logicielle et tu es prêt(e) à relever un nouveau défi.




  • Tu as une expérience significative en QA, idéalement sur un poste similaire de Lead QA, ou tu es un profil senior avec une forte appétence pour le management.




  • Tu maîtrises notre stack technique (Cypress ou équivalent, Cucumber, Gherkin) et tu sais la mettre en œuvre concrètement dans des projets QA




  • Les méthodologies de tests (critères d'acceptance, user stories) et de gestion de projet (Kanban, Standup) n'ont aucun secret pour toi.




  • Tu sais accompagner des QA aux niveaux hétérogènes (débutants à confirmés) et favoriser leur progression.




  • Ta capacité à coordonner une équipe et à partager ton savoir-faire est un atout indispensable.
