Ce que vous ferez :
Comprendre et challenger les besoins business, puis les décliner en spécifications techniques.
Réaliser des études de faisabilité et des chiffrages.
Faire le lien entre les équipes business et techniques, en interagissant avec toutes les parties prenantes, internes et externes, tout au long du cycle de vie des projets.
Élaborer et présenter des rapports réguliers et détaillés à l'équipe IT & Digital.
Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration dans les processus et les méthodes de gestion de projet pour accroître l'efficacité et la qualité des livrables.
Qui vous êtes :
Une formation supérieure (Bac+5/Ingénieur) en informatique, ingénierie, gestion de projet ou domaine connexe.
Une expérience de 5 ans minimum en gestion de projets techniques IT, idéalement dans le secteur pharmaceutique, du dispositif médical ou dans une industrie de process fortement réglementée.
Une expertise en gestion de projets, ressources et budget.
Un goût prononcé pour les nouvelles technologies.
Des aptitudes à communiquer avec des métiers transverses dans un contexte international.
Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe dans un environnement multiculturel.
La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.

You will ensure that technical choices are aligned with:
GMP requirements,
cybersecurity constraints,
business priorities and planning,
while guaranteeing that upgrades and patching do not disrupt operations.
What You’ll Do:
Understand and challenge business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimations.
Bridge the gap between business and technical teams, collaborating with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and deliver regular and detailed reports to the IT & Digital team.
Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and methods, enhancing efficiency and deliverable quality.
Who You Are:
Master’s degree in IT, engineering, project management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical IT projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or other highly regulated process industry.
Proven expertise in managing projects, resources, and budgets.
Strong interest in emerging technologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across functions in an international context.
Strong team player, comfortable in multicultural environments.
Fluent English is essential.
