Technip Energies makes the prevention of psychosocial risks (PSR) and the improvement of the quality of life and working conditions (QLWC) of its employees a priority.

In this context, Corporate Services (the group's corporate entity, approximately 250 employees) is actively seeking an intern to serve as QWL and HR Communications Officer.

This individual will contribute to core HR missions by deploying and reinforcing best practices in QWL within the entity, analyzing the situation in terms of QWL and employee engagement, and participating in the implementation of new initiatives in this area.


Your missions will be as follows:

  • Contribute to the consolidation of the psychosocial risk prevention approach (with the various stakeholders)
  • Participate in the implementation and analysis of measurement tools (in particular, psychosocial risks, workload, employee engagement, disconnection), the monitoring of results, and the development of action plans
  • Ensure the monitoring of the DUERP/PAPRIPACT
  • Participate in the organization of events or communications promoting QWL
  • Participate in monitoring (including research, summarizing, and assisting in the drafting of various materials) on topics related to psychosocial risks, QWL, and job satisfaction
  • More generally, participate in drafting, updating, and disseminating HR information to employees via various communication channels (email communications, intranet pages, internal social network,

    On a daily basis, you will work closely with the entire HR team at Corporate Service and the QWL team at Technip Energies France.

  • You are fluent in both French & English

  • You know how to receive/give and implement feedback with a view to continuous improvement
