    LA MISSION : ACCOMPAGNEZ, ENCADREZ ET FAITES GRANDIR VOTRE ÉQUIPE TECHNIQUE



    Au sein de l'équipe tech, vous travaillerez main dans la main avec le CTO.

    Vos missions seront :

  • Manager une équipe de 10 développeurs full stack Assurer la bonne entente au sein de l’équipe
    Diffuser les bonnes pratiques de code
    Garantir la qualité des composantes délivrées

  • Contribuer à la base de code (en tant que “rôle modèle”)

  • Porter les décisions architecturales sur votre périmètre

  • Proposer les scénarios d’implémentation pour le lancement de nos nouvelles activités et de les mettre en place

  • Établir, en lien avec les autres responsables techniques (Data et Infrastructure) et du CTO, les grands jalons de la roadmap technique (dans un contexte “move to cloud”)


  • VOTRE PROFIL : HEAD OF ENGINEERING

  • Vous justifiez d'une formation bac+5 (école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou master)

  • Vous avez avez 7 ans d'expériences en développement

  • Vous maîtrisez l’ensemble de notre stack technique (Angular, .Net, SQL)

  • Vous souhaitez contribuer à la fois au code et à l’architecture de notre produit

  • Vous avez eu une première expérience d’encadrement et êtes attaché “à l’humain”

  • Vous avez déjà travaillé dans une organisation en Squad / Tribe

  • Vous savez décrire votre métier à des gens “non techniques”
  • Au delà de ces expertises techniques vous êtes autonome, rigoureux, curieux et avez soif d’entreprendre dans un environnement en pleine transformation.
