VOTRE MISSION : PILOTER ET STRUCTURER LA STRATÉGIE COMMERCIALE D'UNE ENTREPRISE AMBITIEUSE

En lien direct avec le CEO, vous serez responsable de :

1.

Définir et piloter la stratégie commerciale
• Fixer les objectifs de l'équipe


• Contribuer à la roadmap business avec le CEO


• Superviser les KPIs et le forecast

2.

Assurer le développement commercial


• Gérer tout le cycle de vente : génération de leads, qualification, démo, négociation, closing


• Travailler sur des cycles longs (9-12 mois) et des deals à fort enjeux (jusqu'à 500K€)


 • Accompagner les renouvellements et upsells (40% de l'activité)

3.

Développer les partenariats


• Nouer des alliances stratégiques (cloud, Android, ...)


• Participer à la création d'un écosystème

4.

Encadrer et faire grandir l'équipe


• Manager un Sales junior et un Presales


• Structurer le pôle et accompagner son développement

5.

Travailler en transverse avec les équipes produit, tech & marketing


• Participer aux actions de lead generation


• Prendre la parole en événements tech / commerciaux

VOTRE PROFIL : SALES SENIOR SAAS BTOB

Must-have •Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) en vente SaaS BtoB au sein d'un environnement technique exigeant (cloud computing,


virtualisation, devOps, ...)


• Capacité à closer des deals complexes (jusqu'à 500K€) avec des cycles longs.


Anglais courant (99% de clients internationaux)


• Quelqu'un d'autonome, qui sait défendre ses positions et assumer ses responsabilités.

Nice-to-have :


•Expérience dans le management d'équipe Sales 


• Connaissance de l'environnement Android
