Description du poste
Dans le cadre du développement de notre agence, nous recrutons un(e) Chargé(e) de Recrutement en CDI à Marseille (13016).
Rattaché(e) au responsable d'agence, vous jouerez un rôle central dans le recrutement et la gestion administrative des intérimaires pour nos clients du secteur du BTP.
Vos missions principales :
Piloter l'ensemble du processus de recrutement : définition des besoins, rédaction et diffusion des annonces, sélection des candidatures, entretiens et suivi d'intégration
Assurer la gestion administrative liée aux intérimaires : constitution des dossiers, rédaction des contrats, DPAE, suivi des visites médicales et habilitations
Gérer la relation quotidienne avec les clients et les intérimaires : suivi des missions, gestion des urgences, fidélisation
Développer le vivier de candidatures par des actions de sourcing (jobboards, réseaux, prospection terrain)
Participer à des actions de communication RH : forums emploi, partenariats écoles, événements locaux
Être force de proposition pour améliorer les outils, méthodes et indicateurs RH internes
Conditions proposées :
Contrat : CDI - 37h/semaine
Rémunération : entre 25 000 EUR et 30 000 EUR brut/an selon profil et expérience
Poste basé à Marseille (13016)
Vous êtes passionné(e) par le recrutement et souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement réactif, terrain et spécialisé dans les métiers du BTP.
Compétences et qualités attendues :
Formation Bac +3 minimum en ressources humaines, gestion ou équivalent
Expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans le recrutement, idéalement en agence d'intérim ou cabinet de recrutement
Solides compétences en communication, sens du service et du contact
Rigueur dans le suivi administratif, autonomie et bonne gestion des priorités
Maîtrise des outils informatiques (jobboards, logiciel de gestion, Pack Office)
La connaissance du secteur BTP et de ses spécificités (habilitations, sécurité, terrain) est un plus apprécié
