Vous serez rattaché(e) à la Business Unit Advanced Solutions.

Vous intégrez notre équipe basée sur Colombes en tant que Business Development Manager AWS en CDI.

Vous intégrez une équipe dynamique et pleine d’ambitions en tant que véritable Business Partner, dans la commercialisation de nos solutions IT.

Votre objectif est d’accroître la part de marché rentable au sein d'un portefeuille défini de clients clés.

Vous êtes responsable de la propriété et du développement du compte fournisseurs afin de gagner de nouvelles parts de marché, de maximiser le potentiel du compte et d'augmenter à la fois la fidélité et la rentabilité.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec d'autres parties prenantes et tirez parti des outils marketing et commerciaux pour créer de la valeur ajoutée.

Quelles seront vos missions ?

  • Exécuter la stratégie de la Business Unit en pleine conformité avec le plan convenu pour accroître la part de marché rentable,

  • Proposer des solutions et des services aux grands comptes clients,

  • Augmenter les ventes à partir du portefeuille client convenu, y compris l'identification et l'intégration de nouveaux clients et d'autres initiatives de développement commercial afin d'optimiser les résultats,

  • Permettre et aider les équipes de vente à gagner et à augmenter leur part de portefeuille et de marché,

  • Négociation réussie et obtention d'appels d'offres clés et de contrats,

  • Une relation et un engagement positifs avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes pour s'assurer que TD SYNNEX soit considéré comme le conseiller de confiance ,

  • Décliner avec le fournisseur les plans marketings et gérer les budgets,

  • Définir et mener les actions auprès des fournisseurs et acteurs du business interne et externe,

  • Adoption complète de TD SYNNEX CRM et des outils de vente (gestion du pipeline, planification des visites, etc.) pour assurer une continuité, une collaboration et une efficacité optimales.

  • Quel profil recherchons-nous ?

    Expérience:

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le milieu de l’IT à un niveau de développement commercial (business développement et négociation) avec une dimension marketing.

  • Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes requises:

  • Vous êtes doté(e) d’une sensibilité commerciale et orienté(e) business,

  • Avec une excellente aptitude à la communication, vous êtes proactif (ve), dynamique et autonome,

  • Vous avez une capacité de planification et d’élaboration d'analyses de rentabilité,

  • La connaissance de l'industrie IT (Canaux, fournisseurs et concurrence) est souhaitée

  • Votre Anglais est opérationnel,

  • Déplacements à prévoir au niveau régional.
