Business Developer Position in Versailles - Rh mode pme

Créée en 2022, est une plateforme en ligne qui connecte les professionnels de la mesure — géomètres, architectes, bureaux d’études, maîtres d’œuvre — pour vendre, acheter ou louer du matériel technique (station totale, GNSS, scanner 3D…).


Sa mission : offrir une seconde vie à du matériel de qualité tout en facilitant les échanges grâce à une solution web intuitive, géolocalisée et 100% métier.


allie digital, tech et proximité terrain pour booster l'efficacité de ses clients et inscrire leur action dans une démarche RSE forte.


cherche un(e) Business Developer pour consolider sa croissance et déployer son impact à l’échelle nationale.


Vos objectifs :



  • Maintenir et développer l’activité commerciale actuelle.

  • Accroître la visibilité de la plateforme, élargir le catalogue et nouer de nouveaux partenariats.

  • Lancer la commercialisation de nouvelles marques.


Vos missions concrètes :



  • Gérer les demandes entrantes sur la plateforme : conseil, vente, suivi client.

  • Réaliser des démonstrations techniques en ligne (scanners 3D, stations topographiques) ou sur site lorsque c’est nécessaire.

  • Mener des actions de prospection ciblées, en particulier de la prospection téléphonique active auprès de nouveaux clients.

  • Participer à des salons professionnels et à des événements métiers.

  • Mettre en ligne les produits, optimiser leur visibilité sur la marketplace.

  • Suivre vos performances via le CRM (Odoo) et contribuer aux actions marketing.


Profil recherché



  • Expérience commerciale ou marketing affirmée,

  • Vraie culture du développement commercial, prospection, relance, croissance de marchés.

  • Connaissances ou pratique de l’univers BTP / Industrie / Géomatique ou annexe. 

  • Pratique des outils numériques : mettre en ligne, valoriser et suivre des produits sur un site web.

  • Être en capacité de vendre, convaincre, argumenter — et faire preuve de rigueur dans la relation client.

  • Curieux et débrouillard, vous êtes capable de vous emparer d’un produit technique pour le présenter simplement.

  • Organisé(e), autonome, orienté(e) résultats.

  • Vous travaillez majoritairement en ligne, à distance et utilisez des outils digitaux : CRM, plateforme e-commerce, visio, démos à distance, emailing, campagnes marketing, etc.

  • Voiture de fonction 

  • Matériel IT, CRM moderne, outils collaboratifs

  • RTT, mutuelle, prévoyance, ambiance startup

  • Déplacements occasionnels (salons, démos clients) : le parcours client est numérisé, même si quelques rdv terrains peuvent subsister.

  • Possibilité d’occuper le poste également depuis Nantes (44).
