Description du poste

Dans le cadre du développement de son activité, nous recherchons pour notre client, spécialisé dans l'événementiel un(e) Assistant(e) RH à Colombes (92700) en CDD de 9 mois.

Le poste requiert une expérience de 2 à 5 ans, un BAC+3 et offre un salaire de 38000 EUR par an pour 39 heures de travail par semaine.

Vos missions :
- Collecte et traitement de l'information nécessaire au paiement des salaires
- Gestion des contrats des extras
- Gestion des besoins et questions du personnel
- Gestion du CSE et des relations sociales
- Gestion des démarches et déclarations légales et sociales non gérées par le cabinet comptable
- Animation et pilotage du service RH
- Assurer un reporting régulier
- Veille légale et sociale
- Assurer la remontée d'information nécessaire aux clôtures comptable
- Archivage des documents
- Toute autre mission de support en relation avec le service

**Profil recherché:**
- Formation BAC+3 minimum
- Expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire
- Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse
- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de bureautique
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement
