YOUR ROLE
- You will work with the category manager to support the meat category at group level:
- Analyze market sales for the category.
Explanation of trends, and highlighting of opportunities and issues for countries.
- Support new product development at Group level.
Monitor development with R&D teams and implementation of solutions in countries.
Proposal of communication tools to assist launch.
- Contribute to the development of an annual trend program for customers, with the central team.
Adapt to the category and create concepts to inspire consumers.
- Inform local teams of opportunities: share information between countries
- Prepare category-specific events twice a year (content, organization, etc.).
- Help set up focus groups on technical and sales issues
- Work on communication through the creation of well-known category publications
- Proposing new tools to develop the business, particularly digital ones.
- You will work in an international context, Europe & North America
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Master's level (business school, IAE, agri-food engineering school, etc.)
- Bilingual English
- Ability to analyze, coordinate and organize
- Ability to work with different countries and departments
