Description du poste
Au sein du département Digital et rattaché au Lead Application Support, contribuer activement à l’industrialisation et à la professionnalisation du support applicatif, en structurant les bases de connaissance, en aidant à la gestion des tickets de support, et en favorisant l’autonomisation des utilisateurs internes.
Participer à la mise en place et au suivi des indicateurs de performance du support, contribuer à la gestion et au pilotage de la relation avec les prestataires, et accompagner le changement auprès des utilisateurs internes dans une logique d’amélioration continue.
