At Nutropy, your job will consist in:
Be in charge of analytical development and validation, particularly in liquid chromatography, working hand-in-hand with scientists from different departmentsPerform routine analysisWrite analytical documentation in English (protocols, reports)Exchange with equipment suppliers; oversee maintenance and trainingsMaintain the inventory and prepare mediums, buffer solutions and reagentsCoordinate with and oversee work from external providers of analytical servicesManage your lab notebookPrepare and present project results to the teamUndertake any other activies as needed by the business Profil recherché
Education & Profile:
At least PhD or Master + 3 years of experience in chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, engineering or similar relevant tracksTrack record of analytical method development, optimization and validationSolid understanding of analytical chemistry and theory of analytical instrumentationProven problem solving and troubleshooting abilities on method or instrument issuesStrong hands-on experience utilizing analytical equipment such as HPLC/UV/RID, UPLC, FPLC, PAGE, various well-plate assays, etcExperience with protein LC MS (mass spectrometry) is a plusExperience with (milk) proteins and colloidal analysis (such as PSA) a plusTeam playerAble to speak English on a professional basis and be comfortable with English scientific literatureAble to speak French is a plusIndependant, well organized and proactiveStrong capacity of prioritising tasksStrong communication skillsInterest for the alternative proteins domainMotivated to work in a dynamic multidisciplinary collaborative start-up environment Poste proposé
