🎯 Votre mission : développer votre Business Unit


En tant que Account Manager, vous agissez en véritable intrapreneur.

Vous êtes responsable de la création et du développement de votre périmètre commercial, en activant les services de la place de marché LittleBig Connection auprès de vos clients et prestataires.


Votre rôle : connecter les meilleurs experts de notre communauté aux besoins de vos clients, tout en pilotant la croissance des revenus, la relation client et l’exécution opérationnelle de bout en bout.


⚙️ Responsabilités principales


Vous êtes responsable de la croissance du chiffre d'affaires de votre périmètre, en développant un portefeuille de clients (existants ou prospects,) et de partenaires en missions via les trois axes suivants.


🤝 Relation client & développement commercial



  • Identifier des comptes à potentiel, prospects ou clients existants.

  • Détecter les appels d'offres, construire des propositions, négocier et conclure les opportunités.

  • Assurer un suivi régulier pour renforcer la fidélité client et la position de LittleBig comme partenaire stratégique.


🔗 Animation du réseau de prestataires



  • Développer et fidéliser une communauté de freelances et cabinets de conseil.

  • Assurer le bon matching entre les besoins clients et les experts de la plateforme.

  • Gérer les négociations et la formalisation des conditions commerciales.


📊 Pilotage de la performance & des opérations



  • Suivi du bon déroulé des projets en cours avec les clients et prestataires.

  • Suivre vos indicateurs clés : chiffre d’affaires, marge, volume de projets, taux de closing.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (finance, juridique, opérations) pour garantir la bonne exécution des projets et la conformité administrative.



👤 Profil recherché



  • Vous avez suivi une formation supérieure exigeante en école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou université, avec un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 En France ou equivalent dans un contexte international (Bachelor avec spécialisation ou double diplôme).

  • 0 à 2 ans d’expérience en business development, conseil ou environnement entrepreneurial.


  • Fortes compétences analytiques, de travail et capacité à piloter une activité avec méthode.


  • Esprit entrepreneurial : vous aimez développer un business avec autonomie et responsabilité.


  • À l’aise dans des cycles de vente complexes, avec des interlocuteurs variés (C-level, achats, IT).


  • Bonne maîtrise des outils digitaux et de l’IA (ex : ChatGPT, CRM, automatisation).


  • Excellente communication en anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
