About the Role


As a Sales Engineer, you will maintain the existing customers and develop sales through the search for new customers.
Your focus will be mainly theSouth-West of France, including the Nouvelle-Aquitaine and parts of Occitanie and Centre-Val de Loire regions.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developping a growth strategy focused on customer satisfaction

  • Conducting research to identify new markets and potential customers’ needs

  • Methodic research of new prospective clients

  • Arranging business meetings with prospective clients

  • Promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

  • Preparing sales proposals and sales contracts ensuring adherence to rules and guidelines

  • Keeping records of sales, revenue, payments etc.

  • Collecting and document competitive intelligence

  • Providing feedback and after-sales support

  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • This position is fully-remote based.

    What You Need to Be Successful

  • At least 5 years of proven working experience in a technical/sales role, ideally in a similar sector

  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions with the adoption of up-selling and cross-selling approaches will be considered as a prior requirement

  • Communication and negotiation skills; ability to build solid business relationships

  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory

  • Willing to travel on a frequent basis in southwestern France and according to the project needs abroad

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software ().
